白菜育种

 

 

一、团队构成
      白菜课题组,创建于上世纪70年代,主要从事白菜、芥菜类蔬菜遗传育种及相关研究。现有成员5人,其中正高级职称3人,副高级职称2人。课题组一直承担着国家多个科研项目及研究任务,建立了多项高效育种技术,培育了一批优异白菜新品种。

 

二、主要研究领域
      白菜课题组主要围绕白菜类和芥菜类十字花科作物开展新品种选育、种质资源创新和相关育种技术研究与应用。在新品种选育方面,课题组始终以品质优质、抗病性强、适应广为目标,根据市场导向,致力于选育不同类型、不同栽培模式的白菜与芥菜新品种;种质创新方面,通过资源的广泛收集与鉴定,结合小孢子培养,雄性不育及其他细胞工程和分子生物学方法,筛选、创制出了一批聚合多个目标性状、配合力强的资源材料;育种技术方面,课题深入研究了白菜病毒病抗病机制,雄性不育系快速转育,小孢子高效培养体系技术,并广泛应用在种植创新,新品种选育上。同时,还开展了白菜抗根肿病、橘红叶色、紫色叶色、根膨大、耐抽薹等一系列重要性状基因的研究,并对多个重要性状形成分子机制进行了研究,探究了小孢子发生机理,为种质创新和新品种选育种打下基础。
