百合育种

主要研究内容集中在四个方面:
1.百合种质资源与遗传育种:重点开展百合种质资源收集保护、评价利用;培育观赏、农艺性状优良、抗病(毒)耐逆强以及兼具高品质食用、药用功能的百合新品种。
2.百合应用基础研究:重点开展花色、花型、花香、器官发生以及抗病(毒)耐逆等重要观赏农艺性状遗传规律的分子形成机理及调控和重要营养和生理活性成分代谢机理等应用基础研究。
3.百合产业化生产技术研究:重点开展百合脱毒、原种快速繁殖生产,病虫害防治、杂草防控等高效生产技术体系建立以及种球采收及采后加工、储运研发应用。
4.百合重要营养和生理活性成分利用及加工产品综合开发研究:重点开展百合干片、百合全粉、果汁饮料、果脯、百合添加剂等食品加工产品,以及百合花青素、多糖、皂苷以及秋水仙碱等生理活性成分的药品保健品深加工产品研究开发。
已培育百合新品种26个,其中已获国家新品种授权品种4个,通过云南省和江苏省优良新品种鉴(认)定品种3个;申请国家发明专利12项,其中已授权6项;制定百合品种分子鉴定技术的部颁标准1项;收集保存中国起源和欧洲、北美起源的重要百合资源2000余份,其中,原种360余份,栽培品种1800余份,食用百合56份;建立了国内最大的百合种质资源收集保存圃(库)及资源共享系统;建立了百合病毒检测及脱毒原种生产技术体系,并获得第七届中国花卉博览会科技成果技术类金奖1项;2019北京世园会新品种特等奖、金奖、银奖各一个。建立了中国百合致病菌菌种库及分子鉴定体系平台;在国际上率先开发并应用百合SSR标记,初步建立了百合杂交与分子育种体系;构建了百合花色和珠芽等器官发育与遗传、营养与生理活性成分代谢机理及加工利用研究平台。相关研究成果在Plant Cell Reports、Frontiers in plant science、Int. J. Mol. Sci.、Horticultural Plant Journal、Plant Disease、Euphytica、Caryologia、 HortScience、Peer J、中国农业科学和园艺学报等期刊上发表100余篇论文。
