个人简介

       1992年生,山东曹县人,博士,副研究员(所聘研究员)。2013年获山东农业大学理学学士学位;2018年获中国农业大学农学博士学位;2018年至今在中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉研究所生物技术室生物信息课题工作。

科研情况

       主要从事辣椒与芸薹属作物的基因组学与分子育种研究,重点关注基因组等组学数据解析、多倍化演化与亚基因组形成机制以及重要农艺性状的遗传调控机制等科学问题。先后以第一或通讯(含并列)作者在Nature Genetics、Nature Plants、PNAS、Molecular Plant、Nature Communications、Plant Communications等高水平刊物发表论文近20篇,主持国家自然科学基金、中国农科院青年创新专项、国家重点研发计划子课题等多个项目。
