个人简介

       1991年5月出生,中共党员,工学博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2013年获得西北农林科技大学工学学士学位;2019年获得西北农林科技大学工学博士学位。2019年7月博士毕业后留所工作,主要从事园艺作物高值化利用与健康食品智造相关工作。

科研情况

       从事园艺作物高值化利用与健康食品智造研究,主要研究方向:

       1. 营养品质挖掘评价:聚焦蔬菜风味物质、香气组分、关键营养因子及功能活性成分的精准鉴定、定量分析与代谢调控机制研究,建立科学完善的营养品质评价与筛选体系,为优质、高营养、风味优良的蔬菜新品种选育提供坚实理论依据与重要技术支撑。

       2. 发酵食品创制:以花瓣蜂蜜酒、益生菌酸菜等特色园艺发酵食品为研究对象,系统开展优良功能菌株筛选、定向发酵机理解析、智能化发酵工艺构建与在线监测调控等研究,重点突破发酵过程品质稳定控制、风味提升、安全保障及产业化关键技术集成,推动传统发酵食品向标准化、智能化、功能化转型升级。

       3. 植物活性多糖高效利用:针对蔬菜、花卉等园艺作物副产物及特色资源,开展多糖高效提取、分离纯化、结构解析与功能活性评价研究,探索多糖在食品保鲜、生物材料及健康领域的高值化应用途径,研发多糖基可食性保鲜包衣、可注射水凝胶及功能化载体材料,实现园艺资源全链条高效利用与高附加值转化。

       主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费项目3项,横向课题2项。以第一或通讯作者在Food Frontiers、Food Chemistry、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Molecular Nutrition & Food Research、LWT等期刊发表多篇学术论文。
